Private AI · Hays, Kansas

AI that never leaves your building.

A small stack of computers on your shelf, a private library of your own documents, and answers that always show where they came from.

How it works

Your data stays on your shelf.

Cloud AI tools send every question, and often your files, to someone else's servers. Ours runs on hardware inside your office, on your own network. Buy it outright or lease it from us.

  1. 1
Install a quiet stack of MacsTwo or more small Mac computers, linked together to run one capable AI model, with room to add more as you grow. They sit on a shelf and need no internet to answer.
  2. 2
Load your private libraryWe load the references your work depends on, plus your own protocols, manuals and handouts. Public sources are checked for licensing first.
  3. 3
Ask, and get answers with receiptsAsk in plain words from a workstation or a phone. Every answer cites the document and page it came from, and says so when it doesn't know.
Front desk · clinic library · example
A client says their puppy might have parvo. What do we do at the desk?
Have the client wait in the car, then bring the patient in through the side isolation door.Clinic policy · Infection control, §2
Answered on this office's computers · nothing sent to the cloud

Answers you can check.

Every answer carries its source: the drug label, the firm's template, the co-op's schedule, the office policy. If the library doesn't cover it, it says so instead of guessing.

Sample questions from example offices. Answers come from each office's own documents.

Why "Post Rock"

Built in Post Rock Country.

Across north-central Kansas, settlers with no timber split fence posts from a single bed of limestone. Many of those posts still stand a century later. That's the standard we build to: local, sturdy, and owned by the people who use it.

  • Limestone bedAbout 8–9 in. thick
  • PostAbout 5–6 ft., 250–450 lb.
  • SplitDrill holes, feathers and wedges
  • Still standingOver 100 years
